Promises You Couldn’t Keep - Niki’s Song (Dream SMP)

I finally did a Niki song! Her arc lately has really grabbed my attention and I just had to write about it! Niki has always been a kind soul. In L’Manberg, she was always there to be helpful, always looking out for her friends. One friend in particular, Wilbur, she cared for a lot. She placed her trust in him, and he betrayed it. He made empty promises and she believed in those promises for so long. Now that Wilbur is back, Niki feels conflicted emotions. She did truly care about Wilbur, he was her friend after all, but he hurt so many people, especially her. Niki’s changed, and she won’t allow him to manipulate and hurt her anymore. Big shout out to my friend and producer, Grace Thygeson! She has been an immense help to me for so long, always there to help me out with her amazing piano and production skills.
