Berlin: Ukraine’s Zelenskyy to present ’victory plan’ to German Chancellor Scholz | DW News

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is heading to Berlin for talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. It’s the last stop on Zelenskyy’s lightning tour of Europe. Earlier today, Zelenskyy was at the Vatican for a meeting with Pope Francis. He also held talks with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Rome. His tour earlier included stops in France and Britain. Zelenskyy presented his counterparts with what he’s calling his ‘Victory Plan’ – a roadmap to ending the war on Ukraine’s terms. Today, he will make his case to Germany’s leaders. DW’s Nick Connolly takes a look at what we know about Zelenskyy’s plan – and its chances of success.
