Complete 3 rounds of all 4 parts:
Part 1: Tabata (20:10 for 4 min)
round 1 - plank hop vertical hop
round 2 - mountain climbers high knees
round 3 - star jumps plank jack with shoulder tap
Part 2: Strength
1) Pendulum lunges with triple pulse - 10 reps per leg
2) Dumbell swings - 20 reps
Part 3: HIIT (50:10)
1) 3 Squat jumps, 1 front raise
