Some say that “the future will prove the past“. That may very well be the case, but then it is equally true, that in order to understand what is coming, we have to understand where we really are - and that understanding comes from knowing what has been - in reality. Winston Churchill once said: “Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it“.
