How to cut a passepartout

How does a passepartout cutter works - I use Logan. I does not have to be hard to cut your one passepartout and it is a hole lot cheaper than find and buy one for the size of your painting or photo. Here I am framing a small watercolor painting of a bullfinch. The cutter cuts in 45 degrees by it self with just a little help from me.
