Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new antique restoration! I found this piece of an old shashka sword at a flea market. This item was used as a cleaver or a regular knife, but I will fix it! Well, let’s start the restoration!

I decided to make a cossack knife out of this piece of shashka.
First, I removed the old handle. And put a piece of a checker in a rust remover. As usual, after I washed, dried and oiled. I decided to shape the knife by cutting off a small piece of steel from the blade. Next, I processed the blade on a sanding machine. Also, I corrected the cut
