Moon Healing Activation!

This attack is used to heal humans that have been turned into Negamonsters or one of the Seven Shadow Warriors. Sailor Moon would flip the wand into the air above her, allowing it to spin several times, after which she would firmly grasp it and hold it close to her face and small circular gems under the crescent base begin to glow in a pattern. After Sailor Moon traces a full-body circle with the wand, the target is showered in radiant light and is rid of any negative energy. Taken from episode 23, “Mercur
