Inexpensive debt free MASSIVE Off Grid Log Cabin Build start to finish timelapse. Building with crooked logs is a challenge in every way. Not to mention every single log was Persimmon Tree, one of if not the hardest hardwood tree in my forest. Persimmons are so dense a 6 inch diameter 8ft long log section can weigh 300lbs. They make everything difficult, but they cost me nothing and I learned to love them for what they are. It definitely makes my home look unique. It’s hard to believe that it only took me 9 months of hard work to make it live in ready. Here I’ve put together a timelapse of the last year of building, hundreds of hours of footage cut into about a 30 min video. I’ve done a lot of work to get the cabin to where it is now, and I thought it would be nice to have a video showing everything from start until now.
