Franck Sauer and Yves Grolet created one of the most beautiful-looking games for the Amiga, and it’s not a bad shoot ’em up either. The flying owl animation is, even till this day, absolutely stunning to look at, and there’s all kinds of copper magic going on behind the scenes to make the game scroll as well as it does.
I did notice that on later levels the game suffers from some slight jerkiness in the scrolling if too many sprites occupy the same lines on the screen. It’s especially noticeable if there are lots of enemy projectiles on-screen at once - not a huge issue, but not sure what was causing this.
