Welcome to day 4 of Fierce 2.0! We’ve had an intense few days of strength training and it’s time to show that body some love with an active recovery yoga workout designed to improve mobility and flexibility. We have one circuit to flow through 2 times using just our body-weight so no equipment needed besides a mat or other soft surface. Remember this is an active recovery so we are still moving that body, building strength and increasing the heart rate while focusing on warming up and loosening those tight muscles.
