15 minute Full Body Cardio! - Day 3 Summer Shape Up Challenge

Welcome to Day 3 of Summer Shape Up Challenge! Lets jump right into this circuit training routine, aimed to burn fat burning and after! HIIT is one of my favourite cardio workouts as its short but intense. Follow along, really push yourself during the seconds of exercise to get full impact.
