Scientists create insect robots that walk on water

Water striders, a foraging arthropod that walks and jumps on water thanks to its long legs, are sometimes known as pond skaters. Engineers have recently created a robotic insect that can jump on the water, based on the water strider’s morphology. Engineers said it could be used to monitor the water quality of lakes and rivers or possibly in surveillance applications. Subscribe to us on Youtube: Download for IOS:
