A third fight was going to take place but both fighters dident want it to happen because of the mob being involved. He retired in 1961 with a record of 56 wins ( 27 KO’s ) 16 losses ( 2 KO both by Gene Fullmer ) and 7 draws He is one of my Favorite fighters of all time and if you ask me he is also one of the greatest of all times.
