Trying things│cold exposure!

Living in Canada (where it is cold at least 5 months out of the year) I’m still not a big fan of winter, it was all about enduring it until spring comes, but this winter I was tried of “enduring“ and I just wanted to embrace and then I started exploring Cold Exposure and I must say.... it’s life changing in many ways! it’s amazing for mindfulness, it boosts your immune system, fights inflammation, helps with bette sleep, it’s good for metabolic health and increases will power. Our bodies can handle a lot more then we give them credit for. I guess this is where I share my links: Thanks!
