In this enchanting tale, Appleton Oak, guided by Professor Weasley and mentored by Professor Fig, embarks on a magical journey at Hogwarts as a fifth-year student. A dragon attack and the discovery of a hidden Portkey lead to a quest involving a confrontational goblin named Ranrok. Throughout the school year, Appleton attends classes, learns spells, and faces challenges like a troll attack in Hogsmeade. Delving into mysteries within Hogwarts, Appleton Oak uncovers a Map Chamber and communicates with the “Keepers,“ deceased professors guarding ancient magic secrets. Trials, featuring puzzles and tasks, culminate in the creation of a special wand from Pensieve artefacts. Choices abound, including the fate of Isidora’s hidden repository, escalating conflicts with Ranrok and dark wizards led by Victor Rookwood. The climax unfolds in a battle against Ranrok, who transforms into a dragon, with Appleton Oaks choices determining the resolution. Tragically, Professor Fig succumbs to wounds, and Appleton returns to regular studies, undertaking further adventures. The tale concludes with Appleton earning 100 house points for their extraordinary journey, securing victory in the House Cup. Despite triumphs, the loss of Professor Fig is mourned in a poignant eulogy by Headmaster Black and Professor Weasley.
