Easy Watercolor Painting Tutorial “Galaxy“

Tools: Water color paper (sketchbook paper will also do), the one I used here is made by “Hahnemühle” Brushes: A medium sized round brush and a medium sized brush with tough bristles Masking Fluid (here: Schmincke blue masking fluid) Water Masking tape (optional) Watercolors. Here I used: Schmincke Horadam “Indigo” (contains pigments PB 15:1 and PB 66) and Schmincke Horadam “Helio turquoise” (contains pigment PB 16) Seven Step How-To Guide: Step 1: Use masking tape to frame the part of the paper that you want to paint Step 2: Use a brush with tough bristles to spatter masking fluid onto the paper.
