Great Britain is preparing to face flooding during the events taking place in California. Homes and businesses have been warned to prepare for flooding in various parts of the UK. The Environment Agency has issued 28 flood warnings and 97 flood warnings across England, as well as one flood warning for Wales. The Bureau of Meteorology has issued yellow weather warnings for rain and wind in various regions. Police are advising motorists to be “alert“ in this weather, and that people should drive at lower speeds and leave more space between their vehicle and cars ahead.
