Realistic Model Trees: Variation of Luke Towan Method

Taking inspiration from (arguably) the most successful model railroader on YouTube, Luke Towan, I’ve built some fantastic trees, of course with my own flair thrown in!. His video is here if you’re interested: In this tutorial, I show how I used plastic armatures by Woodland Scenics to make trees that look like wire armature trees. These believable and realistic trees that don’t break your pocket or take up too much of your modeling time, can be used as foreground trees on any model train layout or even dioramas. My model focuses on N Scale. However, the same techniques can be employed to make very good HO Scale model trees as well.
