Recently Huey’s had a meeting for servers from all 7 stores. To demonstrate the different between good customer service and bad customer service, we put together two video clips titled “Customer Service: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly“, to inform them in a humorous way. This is the example of bad customer service.
