HAZMAT Crews Attend Train Derailment In S. Carolina Spartanburg County officials said multiple agencies are responding to a train derailment near the Toray manufacturing plant on Tuesday afternoon. Poplar Springs Fire Department and HAZMAT crews are on scene. It is the third train accident in Spartanburg County this year after a February derailment and a train crashing into a car in April.
