NO CANDY

The beauty of dance and the techniques of gymnastics meet each other at the base of a pole. It’s time pole dancing is seen for what it is: a true sport in which the dancer must learn to control the body and use it’s full strength. For this film NO CANDY asked former world champion pole dancing, Hanka Venselaar, to dance in front of Robert M. Berger’s Epic Red camera. NO CANDY wanted to capture her dance in super slow motion in order to show the complexity of the moves and the way the body reacts to them.
