In this video I describe a breathing and bracing method that I discovered while lifting that provides an insane boost to strength when you lift weights, especially on lifts that load the spine like the squat and deadlift. As far as I know it’s the closest thing to total concentration breathing from the anime demon slayer that exists in real life. Demon slayers even use teeth clenching when they perform their breathing styles in the show!
This technique is a little complicated, but if you master it it should make about 20% stronger as you perform it, and net you long term strength and size increases as you use it to train harder and lift heavier to promote more training stimulus than you could otherwise.
