This breathwork is similar to what I teach live in person so we structured it for people to get the real feel of what a live journey feels like. This can be done in the safety of your own home, alone, or with a group of trusted friends. Wearing headphones or using a good speaker is highly recommended.
I combine conscious connected breathwork, which became popular in the 1960s, with powerful breath holds. I’ve found that putting these two together works wonders, leading to the best results without overwhelming your nervous system.
