LIVE: President Obama to announce US and Cuba reopening embassies

US President Barack Obama alongside with the Secretary of State John Kerry are to announce on Wednesday the renewal of US-Cuba bilateral relations and the reopening of their embassies. The two countries’ embassies remained closed since 1959. Barack Obama initiated the revival of US-Cuba diplomatic relations in December 2014.
