Traditional Karate Hand Conditioning

Here are some clips from the dojo that show a sample of my personal hand conditioning regime. I aim to cover anywhere between 800 to 1000 reps and a full session takes around 40 minutes to complete. If performed on a consistent basis, this I feel is adequate.
