“Long March - 11“

New Type Engine Powers China’s “Chang zheng-11“ Carrier Rocket China’s first solid-fuel rocket engine made its debut as the country successfully launched carrier rocket Changzheng-11, or Long March-11, on Friday from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwestern province of Gansu. The engine of Changzheng-11 carrier rocket is the country’s largest solid rocket engine. It can carry 35 tons of fuel and the maximum thrust reaches 120 tons.
