The same play can mean different things to different people. According to Professor Richard Schoch, Shakespeare’s plays change with different generations, cultures and eras because we ask new questions of Shakespeare’s work. Richard also believes that the UK has the greatest concentration of Shakespeare talent anywhere in the world and that it is the best place to study Shakespeare.
