Former Chinese Ambassador Questions U.S. Presence in Asia-Pacific Region
Cui Tiankai, former Chinese ambassador to the United States, on Saturday questioned the purpose of U.S. military presence in the Asia-Pacific region as the U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin called on enhancing the so-called U.S. leadership in the area at the Shangri-La Dialog.
