According to the New York Times, Ukraine’s military or intelligence special units were likely behind the May 3 drone attack on the Kremlin in Moscow. Unnamed U.S. officials told the newspaper that President Volodymyr Zelensky may not have been aware of or involved in the alleged Ukrainian covert operation inside Moscow.
