Ji Ben Qi Gong (基本氣功) number five is the ’Swimming Dragon’ exercise. Here is the exercise being demonstrated back in the summer of 2017 in Portugal. In this video, Damo Mitchell explains the basic body mechanics of one of the simplest Qi Gong exercises. This is the ’body method’ level of training for this exercise. The levels of energetic and spiritual development come later and are built upon this foundation of learning how to use the body effectively.
