Dutton’s plan to use nuclear energy is ‘financially illogical’
Climate Energy Finance Director Tim Buckley says Opposition leader Peter Dutton’s plan to use nuclear energy is “financially illogical”.
“It’s not impossible, anything is possible but it is financially illogical,” he told Sky News Australia.
“We have no nuclear capacity in Australia, we don’t have the workforce, and we can’t afford the 20-plus-year delay that Peter Dutton is proposing today – it is ludicrous.”
