How to get an E-Thru to fit Tacx Vortex

How to get an E-Thru to fit Tacx Vortex turbo trainer. I bought a Trek Domane and bought a E-Thru axle so I could use it on my Vortex. When the axle arrived I found it didn’t fit, there was nothing online to solve the issue. This is a work around I thought found trying to get it to work. I made the video in case anyone else was having the same issues. However, if you do it is at your own risk, it works for me though.
