Multi Anime AMV - Chant du Départ

Hi everyone! I’m back with a new AMV. “Le Chant du départ“ (lit. ’The Song of Departure’) is a revolutionary and war song written by Étienne Méhul (music) and Marie-Joseph Chénier (words) in 1794. It was the official anthem of the First French Empire. The song was nicknamed “the brother of the Marseillaise“ by Republican soldiers. The song was first performed on 14 July 1794. 18,000 copies of the music sheets were immediately printed and distributed to the army. Its original title was “Anthem to Liberty“; it was changed to its present title by Robespierre. I have to be honest, this video was planned originally as a BC themed only AMV. However, the more I thought about it, the more I understood that the best way was to make a multi anime, that is quite unusual since until now all my MA videos were with modern songs. Apart for Izetta, Les Miserables and GuP, in the end it became a video dedicated for the most part to one of the main series of my childhood, Versailles no Bara (for most of the world, Lady Oscar). In fact, I will probably make a second version of this song only with this series. Hope you like it!^^ ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO THE PROPER OWNERS
