Led Zeppelin - Live in Phoenix, AZ (April 18th, 1970)

As requested by lzprcs, here is another great show from the band’s Spring 1970 North American tour. great. Unfortunately, Plant’s voice is significantly strained at this show. He gets worse and worse until he’s basically talking his way through Whole Lotta Love, eventually leading to the show, and the rest of the tour being cut short. According to Jimmy Page’s announcement at the end, Plant was so ill that he collapsed backstage. Despite Plant’s issues, the rest of the band is in fantastic shape, as per usual for the era. Special thanks to my good friend ledzepfilm for his excellent source merge of this show! 0:00 Intro 1:47 We’re Gonna Groove (cut) 5:40 Dazed and Confused 23:25 Heartbreaker 30:35 Bring It On Home 42:22 White Summer/Black Mountain Side 56:37 Organ Solo 1:01:14 Thank You 1:09:48 Moby Dick 1:28:38 Whole Lotta Love Bootleg: source 2 (main): Cass(M) - CDR source 1 (patching): Desert Storm (EVSD)
