After listening to the conversations from above, play the Extra Ops 29 or 35 as Snake. Go to the Coastal area and Trenya will appear on a boat near the bridge. Approach Trenya and trigger a cutscene and the mission will be completed. Once that is done, the Monster Hunter Extra Ops mission will now appear.
