SMALL BIG TRIPS - Gunlock & Coral Pink Sand Dunes - Utah’s State Parks

There is basically every return trip for me to the Saint George area in the state of Utah, which besides being absolutely beautiful is also incredibly fascinating because it allows me to know a little more about the geology of that place. And what is the best way to do it? Certainly visiting besides the Mighty Five (which are all National Parks), the smallest and most charming State Parks. This presentation could not be different and explores two more parks. Gunlock that can be perfectly a water park because it is a reservoir that supplies important cities in the region mainly Saint George, UT and has a picturesque history no less interesting. On the other side, in the southern corner of the state on the border with Arizona, we find the fascinating and very beautiful Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Here, nature is more than generous because in addition to the landscape it provides an even richer and more unique geological history.
