DIY Chalk Paint Recipe:
2 parts acrylic or latex paint
1 part pure talc (Do not use cornstarch baby powder it won’t work because the cornstarch is too slippery!)
Mix very well, shaking is best. Check the paint often to make sure that the all the talc is incorporated. Use on any dull surface such as raw wood, plastic, metal. If you are gluing the project onto something, glue it first, then paint it. Sometimes the baby powder doesn’t hold the glue very well.
