Armenian song “Bingyol“- (Բինգյոլ) Dzovinar Boghossian

The lyrics of the Armenian folk song, “Bingyol“ was written by Avetik Isahakyan. Bingyol is a city in Western Armenia ( now occupied by Turkey). It is also known as Çabakcur (Armenian: Ճապաղջուր), which means violent water in Armenian. It is surrounded by mountains and a large number of glacier lakes, hence the Turkish name, Bingyol which means a thousand lakes.
