Anytime I wear a cat eye flick I’m always asked how I do it and what products I use. This tutorial will show you an extremely simple way of creating that perfect cat eye flick every time! There are probably hundreds of winged eyeliner tutorials on YouTube but I’ve never come across anyone to date that does their eyeliner like me which was why I created this tutorial.
