Small, medium and large scale producers spend their days working on their cocoa crops and harvesting the best product. Then the fermentation takes place, the farmers know this step is the key to ensure a delicious taste. Once those processes have been completed, cocoa is sold to our buying agencies around the country. After that, the cocoa is taken to our main warehouse in Bogotá, where the transformation stage begins. In our chocolate factory, cocoa is made into drinking chocolate and chocolate couvertures. Finally, after different processes, the product is ready to be packed and sold to different places around the world.
