Aikido technique TENCHINAGE against grab and strike attacks, by Stefan Stenudd, 7 dan Aikikai shihan

TENCHINAGE is one of the basic aikido throwing techniques (nage waza). It means heaven-earth-throw, which is because of one arm going up and the other down.
