The Lockdown Sessions is not our normal full tilt electric sound, these songs are semi acoustic and yet still ROCK!! We’ve stripped back ‘Unspoken’ and ‘Righteous Days’ and unplugged ‘Fortunate Son’ with Deen on lead vocals. The last track on the EP features Glenn and Doug with an amazing version of the Humble Pie classic ’30 Days In The Hole’. Influenced by 70’s and early 80’s rock, The Dead Daisies sound is soulful and accessible – equal parts of Aerosmith, Bad Company and Foreigner: muscular vocals, bluesy riffs, big choruses, powerful melodies and strong hooks.
