По контракту с индийской компанией «Nuclear Fuel Complex» (NFC) наше предприятие изготовило три стана холодной прокатки труб ХПТ 6-18 правого и левого исполнения. Эти станы предназначены для получения труб с наружным диаметром 6-18 мм из полых заготовок, выполненных из циркалоя и нержавеющих сталей. В феврале этого года в присутствии представителей Заказчика была проведена предотгрузочная инспекция изготовленного оборудования. ЭЗТМ продемонстрировал работу отдельных участков станов, системы управления и автоматики, смазки и гидравлики, а также материалы и арматуру для монтажа и подключения станов к коммуникациям на площадке Заказчика. Гости остались довольны предъявленным оборудованием и его работоспособностью. Стороны подписали двусторонний протокол успешного проведения предотгрузочной инспекции. Представители Заказчика выдали разрешение на отгрузку подготовку оборудования к упаковке и последующей отгрузке станов на площадку NFC. Under the Purchase Order granted by the Indian company Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC), our enterprise manufactured three cold rolling mills of right- and left-hand CRTMs 6-18. These mills are designed to produce pipes with outer diameter of 6-18 mm from shells made of zircaloy and stainless steels. In February this year in the presence of the Customer’s representatives a predispatch inspection of the manufactured equipment has been carried out. EZTM specialists have shown the operation of individual areas of the mills, systems of control and automation, lubrication and hydraulic systems, as well as materials and fittings for installation and connection of the mills to utility networks at the Customer’s site. The guests were satisfied with the equipment and its performance. The Parties signed a bilateral Minutes of successful predispatch inspection. The Customer’s representatives have given a Shipping Release for preparation of the equipment for packing followed by its dispatch to NFC site.
