Two years ago, Oregon decriminalized possession of small amounts of all hard drugs to try and curb an overdose crisis. As B.C. begins a similar pilot project, CBC’s Lyndsay Duncombe travels to Portland and learns more about how the move is playing out and what lessons can be learned.
