Ingredients: - 2 cups of water - 1 teaspoon of salt - cups of flour (add gradually) - Optional: 1 teaspoon yeast (for those who struggle with rolling the dough thin) For oiling the dough: - 50g of butter - 1/4 cup of vegetable oil For the filling: - 250g of minced meat - 1 large onion - Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes - Cheese (such as mozzarella cheese) Instructions: 1. Mix all the dough ingredients until you get a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes. 2. Divide the rested dough into 12 pieces and shape them into balls. Roll out the balls to the size of a dessert plate, then grease them with a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Place the dough rounds onto a suitable tray. Once all the dough is prepared, cover them with plastic wrap and let them rest for at least one hour. 3. Cook the minced meat until it changes color. Then add the finely chopped onion and spices, cook them for a few more minutes, then remove from heat. 4. Shape the rested dough as shown in the video. (If you find it hard to roll out thinly, I recommend adding 1 teaspoon of yeast to the dough, otherwise, it might turn out dry.) 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius. Enjoy!
