Make or do? English Grammar Lesson | Collocations with make and do.

This is an English grammar video but it is also a vocabulary video as we are looking at collocations- which nouns go with which verbs. Make and do are confusing verbs in English as in many languages they are the same verb. In this video we look at the main differences in terms of function and collocations between these two English verbs for example ’make time’ but ’do your homework’. There are some basic rules for when to use make and do but there are also some uses of make and do that don’t fit those rules
