The Silkmen secured back-to-back league victories on Tuesday evening, courtesy of a 3 - 1 win at Leek Town. After a first half that was dominated by the defences, Daniel Trickett-Smith flicked the ball home to give the hosts the lead in the 53rd minute. Josh Ryder then sliced the ball into his own net to restore parity, before two Nicky Maynard strikes gave Danny Whitaker’s side maximum points.
