Gastrectomy with D2 Lymphhadenectomy for Cardioesophageal Junction Adenocarcinoma

Surgery is performed for Siewert 3 type cardioesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. In this video we describe step by step the methodology of D2 en-block spleen preserving lymphnode dissection and also lymphadenectomy in lower mediastinum. Surgery is performed from left thoraco-abdominal (Garlock type) approach. We preserved the integrity of diaphragm and its phrenic innervation.
