YUGOSLAVIA: BELGRADE: NATO AIRSTRIKES: DAMAGE

(20 May 1999) Serbo-Croat/Nat NATO has confirmed one of seven bombs directed at an army facility in Belgrade missed its target, but is refusing to say whether the building it hit was a hospital. Yugoslav media claims at least three people were killed after NATO missiles hit a major hospital early on Thursday morning.
