Touch Bionics makes realistic prosthetic skins, which can be used for passive and bionic limbs. The skins are called “livingskin“ and are made from silicon. The company showcases the process of making their prosthetic skins: from the early phases of taking measurements, to creating molds, to painting them to closely resemble natural limbs.
